Beware (The Intro) -

My experiences aren’t scarring or extravagant

And I am no poet, but I will try my best

To explain everything with the greatest of ease

The greatest and worst things that happened to me

It’s the story of how I walked onto a ledge

Threatened to jump and break open my head

But then I was led back out on the floor

Now this is my prologue, my preface, my skit

My Shakespeare introduction, my useless one minute

This is my story that’s coming up now

It sounds like a journal, but I sang it somehow

I hope you’ll listen anyways to the songs of a teenage boy

Don’t say I didn’t warn you
