Eg trur det va tanken at eg sko vær lykkelig nå

Alt rundt meg funke, alt e på stell

Vêret e fint, økonomien god og helså e ok

Og her går eg og e engstelig likavel

Hvis eg ikkje e bekymra e det ingen kunst å bli det

Eg trur det går galt samma kor godt eg måtte sitta i det

Eg e skeptisk te dei som meine å ha funne lykken

Det sitte langt inne å sko stola på dei

Verden e full av lurande farer og feller

Se bare ka som skjedde med Pompei

Og hvis alarmsentralen miste gløden

Og samvetet glømme nøden

Så fins jo alltid døden

I think it goes wrong the same choir well I had to sit in it

I'm skeptical of those who think they've found happiness

The world is full of lurking dangers and traps

Just look at what happened to Pompeii
