Ты выходишь за порог - крылья-плечи,

Полуптица, полубог - человечек,

Сознавая, от чего отмежеван,

Отличая своего от чужого.

Распрямляешься, бежишь и, пожалуй,

В голове твоей Париж да Варшава.

А в душе твоей высокой, сокольей,

Бьется ветер одинокий до боли.

Вот и крылья разметал, вот и весел.

Смех, какая пустота в поднебесье.

Снизу город ржавых крыш нарисован,

Сверху ты над ним паришь невесомо.

Смотришь, слышишь - тишина, только эхо,

Землю жаль - она больна человеком,

Занедужила всерьез и надолго,

Все, что к ней ни привилось, - все от Бога.

Вот вышел за порог, - крылья-плечи,

Полуптица, полубог, - человечек,

Лишь Харон, унылый Стикс переехав,

Шепчет: "Господи, прости человека".
