Mi mancano le forze, svengo

Per poi guardarci con gli occhi infossati

Di chi condivide un segreto tremendo

E tu, donna di cocci rotti

Donna di antichi tesori sepolti

Che piangi catrame tutti le notti

E vieni a cercarmi nei miei ricordi

Vorrei guardarti lontano negli occhi

E li vorrei profondi come pozzi bui

Al punto tale che ci smetto di cercare il mio riflesso dentro

Non voglio finire come Narciso

Annegato del mio riflesso, ammaliato del mio riflesso

Ammalato dal mio riflesso, ma

A volte se sono felice, eh

Mi scappa lo sguardo dagli occhi e fa tutto da se

Vola lontano, eh, vola lontano

Ti è mai accaduto di stare seduto

E di mettere il muto nella tua mente?

L’impatto di accorgerti a un tratto

Di stare soltanto ad un passo dal niente

Riperdere i sensi e trovarne di nuovi

Partire dal cielo e trovarsi a milioni di metri sott’acqua

Steso sul fondo, sento il rimbombo di suoni d’ovatta

Poi, qualcuno mi tocca la spalla, mi ruba la calma

Domanda: «A che pensi?»
