У истоков голубой реки бродит синий слон и розовый конь.

Им в глаза глядит весенний день и кладёт их тень на ладонь.

Их ласкает ветер мягких трав, им поёт вода песни сонного дна.

И в разводе солнечных колец, им смеётся лес и я.

В синей воде отдыхает день.

В зарослях роз кружат стаи стрекоз.

У истока голубой реки небо по холмам стелет облака.

В облаках гуляет белый лев, белый, как в тумане вода.

И когда земля ложится спать, и стелет кровать, лев открывает дверь,

Чтобы ты все смог увидеть сам, чтоб прошёл по холмам, поверь!

Чтобы встретил тебя синий слон!

Чтоб пронёс в облаках тебя розовый конь!

У голубой реки…

По золотым холмам…

Ты все увидишь сам!
