Прятки -

Шел мужик по речке стылой.

Снег искрится.

Солнце.

Красота!

Но с похмелья мир унылый,

Душу заполняет пустота.

Разве нужно так уж много,

Чтоб понять, куда приводит путь.

Разухабиста дорога.

Звон в ушах.

Тоска.

Во взгляде муть.

Люди, как дети, в прятки играют.

Водит вот только ведь кто-то чужой.

Время змеей из-под ног уползает.

В прятки играют люди сами с собой.

Перемелется мукою.

Страх останется лишь позади.

Увлекая за собою,

Скажет голос «Хватит, уходи».

Так чему мы научились

Здесь, напрасно ожидая свет?

Для чего тогда резвились,

Выбирая зло из больших бед?

Люди, как дети, в прятки играют.

Водит вот только ведь кто-то чужой.

Время змеей из-под ног уползает.

Time crawls out from under your feet like a snake.

Will grind with flour.

Fear will only be left behind.

The voice will say "Enough, go away."

So what have we learned

Here, waiting in vain for the light?

Why then frolic,

Choosing evil from big troubles?

People, like children, play hide and seek.
