Potilas Sebastian Hämäläinen on määrätty pakkohoitoon,

vähintään puolen vähintään puolen vuoden tarkkailuun ja tutkimuksen ajaksi.

Potilas saatettiin omaan huoneeseensa ilman hankaluuksia.

Potilas on tyyni eikä ensivaikutelmalta ilmene merkkejä agressiivisuudesta.

Potilas Sebastian Hämäläinen on jatkuvassa tarkkailussa,

jonka johdosta on herännyt vahvoja epäilyksiä vakavista mielenterveysongelmista.

Tutkiva lääkäri epäilee skitsofreniaa.

Potilas puhuu sekavia, ja on antanut itsellensä liikanimen Aka,

eikä häneen saa minkäänlaista kontaktia ilman kyseistä nimeä.

Potilas Sebastian Hämäläinen on siirretty eristykseen ja määrätty pakkopaitaan.

Määräyksen antoi tutkiva lääkäri Asto Kukkonen, jonka pöytäkirjan mukaan

potilas käyttäytyi arvaamattomasti eikä ole määrättyjen lääkkeiden lisäksi

syönyt mitään.

Potilaan vartalosta, muun muassa käsivarsista, puuttui paloja.

Haavat näyttivät

puremajäljiltä.

Osa haavoista löytyi niskasta.

Tutkiva lääkäri yrittää selvittää miten jäljet ovat päätyneet niskaan ja selän

alueelle.

Myös siivooja kertoi yllättäneensä potilaan painelemassa silmiään sormellaan

kuin yrittäisi saada ne työnnettyä pään sisäpuolelle.

kello 7:20.

Potilas Sebastian Hämäläisen henkilökohtainen lääkäri Asto Kukkonen on jäänyt

sairaslomalle, jonka takia jatkan väliaikaisesti hänen tilallaan.

Viimeisen kuuden vuorokauden aikana potilas ei ole nukkunut hetkeäkään,

vaan seissyt vain paikoillaan ja puhunut itsekseen.

Asto Kukkosen viimeisen raportin mukaan puheet ovat jonkinlaisia järjettömiä

runoja.

Koetan saada potilaaseen kontaktin ja selvittää niin sanottujen runojen

alkuperän.

Potilas Sebastian Hämäläisen väliaikainen tutkiva lääkäri, Santeri Keinanen,

on jäänyt pitkäaikaiselle sairaslomalle.

Tapahtuneen takia toimin hänen tilallaan tarvittavan ajan.

Patient Sebastian Hämäläinen has been assigned to compulsory treatment,

at least half a year at least for observation and for the duration of the study.

The patient was escorted to his own room without difficulty.

The patient is calm and does not appear to be aggressive at first glance.

Patient Sebastian Hämäläinen is under constant observation,

which has led to strong suspicions of serious mental illness.

The examining doctor suspects schizophrenia.

The patient speaks slurred and has given himself the exaggerated name Aka,

Patient Sebastian Hämäläinen has been transferred to isolation and ordered to wear a straitjacket.

The order was given by examining physician Asto Kukkonen, according to the minutes

the patient was behaving erratically and is not on top of the prescribed medication

from bite marks.
