Nine to five I waste my life

Printing t-shirts and losing sight

Of what’s important and what is right

Paycheck dependent all my life

I won’t disregard

What’s not in my backyard

I will always strive for

Something better, something more I need to break this bullshit routine

Before it’s too late and it kills me

I’m not trying to complain and sound lame

I know that many others have it much worse
