Ein schwaches Kerzenlicht

Draussen vor der Tre

Im Kampf um Glanz und Wrme

Mein kleines Lebenslicht — eine Flamme im Wind

Mein lachendes Gesicht erscheint im Spiegel

Ein Atemzug vergeht

Dann versinkt es in der Dunkelheit

Lautlos — stumm

Figuren im Winter

Ich lecke meine Seele wund

Ein Ruf erhellt die Nacht

In Hoffnung gehllte Erwartung

Doch mit der Stille folgt die Einsamkeit

Ernchterung bis hin zur Resignation

Statische Monotonie

Ein zweiter Ruf bleibt aus

Diese Kerze im Schnee

Zu schwach um sich selbst zu erhalten

Meine Gestalt wird Teil der Nacht

Der Atem verschleiert das Spiegelbild

Im Nebel erscheint die Siluette

Wie damals — es kehrt wieder

Ich entblsse meinen Krper

Fremde Augen brennen Wunden in meine Haut

Ich spre meine Sehnsucht wachsen

Im Sturm sich meine Hoffnung mehren

Doch das ist alles was geschieht

Der Schnee tanzt um die Flamme

Ihr Glanz ist trbe

Sie birgt keine Wrme mehr in sich

Mein Krper vom Eis besiegt

Mein Licht haucht aus

Der Traum wird nicht enden

Die Sehnsucht niemals sterben

Nochimmer gibt es ein Warten

Der Krper liegt regungslos im Schnee

Er harrt der Sonne

Die Hnde sind geffnet

Das Lcheln im Gesicht wird nie verwehrt

My smiling face appears in the mirror

A breath passes

Then it sinks into darkness

Silent — mute

figures in winter

I lick my soul raw

A call lights up the night

Expectation wrapped in hope

But with the silence comes loneliness

Disillusionment to the point of resignation

Static monotony

There is no second call

This candle in the snow

Too weak to sustain itself

My form becomes part of the night

The breath obscures the reflection

The silhouette appears in the fog

Like then — it will return

I bare my body

Foreign eyes burn wounds in my skin

I can feel my longing growing

In the storm my hope increases

The snow dances around the flame

Her luster is dim

It no longer harbors any warmth
