Ю.Г. is a Russian rap group from Moscow, formed in 1998. Their name stands for "Southern Goons," referring to the members' origins in Moscow's Southern District. The group included К.И.Т. , Мэф , Макъ and Винт . The group was formed from the projects "Steel Razor" and TNA Squad . Ю.Г. was active in the Russian rap scene until 2007, leaving a mark on the genre with their lyrics and unique style. Their work became an important part of the development of Russian rap in the late 1990s and early 2000s.
