Woodz is a South Korean singer, songwriter, rapper, dancer, and record producer born in 1996. He began his career as a member of the boy band Uniq , formed by Yuehua Entertainment in 2014. He later co-founded the musical groups MOLA in 2015 and Drinkcolor in 2016. In 2018, Woodz founded his own production company, Team HOW . His work spans the genres of K-pop, soul, and soundtracks, and includes both solo works and collaborations. Woodz has made significant contributions to the development of contemporary Korean pop music.
