Volker Hinkel is a German rock musician, composer, and producer, born on June 21, 1965. He is best known as a founding member of the pop rock band Fool's Garden . Volker Hinkel co-wrote most of the band's songs and is actively involved in the recording and production of their releases. He plays guitar in the band and also performs lead vocals and backing vocals. Fool's Garden gained international fame thanks to the hit "Lemon Tree" which became the band's signature song. Volker Hinkel made a significant contribution to the development of pop rock, combining melody and lyricism in his work.
