Виктор Салтыков is a Soviet and Russian singer, born on November 22, 1957. He rose to fame as a member of the popular bands «Мануфактура» , «Форум» and «Электроклуб» . With these groups, he performed such hits as "Белая ночь" and "Летняя ночь" which became hallmarks of the 1980s. Later, Виктор Салтыков launched a successful solo career, continuing to delight listeners with his songs. His work had a significant influence on the development of Soviet and Russian pop music.
