Виктор Чайка (real name Виктор Григорьевич Сигал ) is a Soviet and Russian pop composer, lyricist, singer, and musician, born December 11, 1958. He worked in the Russian pop genre, creating hits for such stars as Алексей Глызин , Таисия Овсиенко and Ирина Аллегрова . As a performer, he is known for the songs " Мона Лиза " and " Куда ты денешься " He wrote the music and lyrics for Бориса Моисеева show " Дитя порока ." He is a laureate of the " Песня года " festival. He also composed music for films, leaving a significant mark on the Russian pop scene.
