Adrian Vandenberg , also known as Адрианус ван ден Берг , is a Dutch rock guitarist, keyboardist, singer, and songwriter, born January 31, 1954. He founded the band Vandenberg in 1981, which achieved fame in the hard rock genre. He is best known for his work with the legendary band Whitesnake from 1987 to 1991, as well as in 1994 and 1997–1998. Among his best-known compositions is "Burning Heart" from the debut album Vandenberg . His contribution to the development of hard rock is noted for both his unique guitar style and outstanding musicianship.
