Валерий Сюткин is a Soviet and Russian singer, musician, and composer, born on March 22, 1958. He is best known as the vocalist for the rock 'n' roll band «Браво» , for which he wrote numerous hits. His most famous songs include "Вася" and "Московский бит" Сюткин is an Honored Artist of Russia and a professor in the vocal department at the Sholokhov Moscow State University for the Humanities. He also serves as the artistic director of the university's pop department. His contribution to the development of Russian pop music and the popularization of rock 'n' roll in Russia is difficult to overstate.
