Вахтанг Кикабидзе (1938–2023) was a Soviet and Georgian singer, songwriter, actor, film director, and screenwriter. Born in Georgia, he descended from the princely families of Bagration-Davydov and Kikabidze. His work encompassed the genre of Russian pop music. Кикабидзе was awarded the titles of People's Artist of the Georgian SSR and Honored Artist of Ukraine, and was also a laureate of the USSR State Prize. His famous songs include "My Years Are My Wealth." In addition to his musical career, he actively acted in films and served as a member of the Georgian Parliament. Кикабидзе left a significant mark on Georgian culture and Soviet pop music.
