Умка и Броневик is a Russian rock band founded in 2014. Their music combines elements of American and British guitar rock of the 1960s and 1970s, ranging from rhythm and blues to Grateful Dead -inspired psychedelia. The band released over two dozen albums and toured extensively both in Russia and internationally. At the end of 2014, the band disbanded, and in 2015, Умка formed a new project, Умка и Новый состав . Умка и Броневик made a significant contribution to the development of Russian rock, enriching the genre with unique arrangements and lyrics.
