Ty Segall (Ty Garrett Segall) is an American musician and songwriter, born June 8, 1987. He is known for his work in the garage rock and alternative genres. Ty Segall has released four solo albums and has been a member of bands such as The Traditional Fools , Epsilons , Party Fowl , Fuzz , Sic Alps , The Perverts , and Ty Segall Band . His work is often compared to that of Jay Reatard . Ty Segall has made a significant contribution to the development of modern garage rock, combining high energy with an experimental approach to recording.
