Timecop1983 is a Dutch electronic musician from Eindhoven, born in 1983. He works in the synthwave genre and began his career with his debut album, Childhood Memories , released in 2014. The album Journals was released that same year, followed by Reflections (2015) and Night Drive (2018). His stage name is inspired by a combination of the band Futurecop! 's name and his year of birth. Timecop1983 has significantly contributed to the popularization of the synthwave genre, creating atmospheric and nostalgic tracks.
