Thunderstone is a Finnish English-language power metal band formed in 2000 in Helsinki by guitarist Нино Лауренне . The band quickly gained popularity thanks to their powerful melodies and virtuosic instrumentals. Their debut album, "Thunderstone" was released in 2002 and received positive reviews in the metal community. Among the band's best-known works are the albums "The Burning" and "Tools of Destruction" which solidified their position on the international scene. Thunderstone made a significant contribution to the development of epic metal, combining traditional elements of the genre with a modern sound.
