The Von Bondies was an American alternative rock band formed in 1997 in the United States. The group was founded by Jason Stollsteimer and Marcie Bolen after attending a performance by The Cramps and Guitar Wolf. Known for their energetic sound, they gained prominence with their 2004 hit single "C'mon C'mon", which became widely recognized as the theme song for the TV series "Rescue Me". The band released several albums, including "Pawn Shoppe Heart", under labels like Sire Records. Disbanding in 2011, The Von Bondies left a lasting mark on the alternative rock scene.
