The Savage Rose is a Danish psychedelic rock band formed in Copenhagen in 1967. Initially a family trio consisting of vocalist Annisette Koppel and her brothers, keyboardists Thomas and Anders Koppel, the group soon expanded to include drummer Alex Riel, bassist Jens Rugsted, and vocalist Annisette Hansen, with contributions from harpist Ilse Maria Koppel and Flemming Ostermann. Known for their fusion of rock, pop, and progressive elements, the band gained acclaim for their innovative sound.
