
The Fourmost was an English Merseybeat band formed in 1963. Hailing from the UK, they performed jazz, pop, and rock music. The band achieved its greatest popularity in the 1960s, when their single "A Little Loving" became a hit in the UK in 1964. The band recorded for the Parlophone label, which also collaborated with The Beatles . The Fourmost contributed to the development of the Merseybeat style, becoming part of the British music boom of the 1960s.
