The Dø is a French-Finnish alternative rock band formed in 2005 in Helsinki. The band consists of two members: Dan Levy and Olivia Merilahti, who is the vocalist. Their debut album A Mouthful , was a breakthrough, topping the French charts in 2008. This made The Dø the first commercially successful French band performing songs primarily in English. Since then, the band has released several albums and received recognition for its unique style and experimental approach to music. The Dø has made a significant contribution to the development of the alternative music scene, fusing elements of rock and pop.
