The Distillers were an American punk rock band formed in Los Angeles in 1998. The group was founded by Australian musician Brody Dalle, who served as the lead vocalist, guitarist, and primary songwriter. Their first two albums were released under Hellcat Records and Epitaph Records, before transitioning to Sire Records, part of the Warner Music Group. Known for their raw energy and gritty sound, the band released three albums, including the critically acclaimed "Coral Fang". Despite frequent lineup changes, Brody Dalle remained the constant driving force. The Distillers left a lasting impact on the punk and alternative rock scenes before disbanding in 2006.
