
The Dandy Warhols is an American alternative rock band formed in Portland, USA, in 1994. The group was founded by vocalist and guitarist Courtney Taylor-Taylor and guitarist Peter Holmström, later joined by keyboardist Zia McCabe and drummer Eric Hedford. In 1998, Hedford was replaced by Brent DeBoer. The band's name is a nod to the iconic American artist Andy Warhol. Known for their eclectic sound, they gained international recognition with tracks like "Bohemian Like You". The Dandy Warhols have made a lasting impact on the alternative rock scene with their distinctive style and creative approach.
