Teriyaki Boyz is a Japanese hip-hop group formed in 2005. The group consists of rappers Ilmari and Ryo-Z of Rip Slyme , Verbal of M-Flo , rapper Wise , and DJ Nigo , who is also the founder of the label A Bathing Ape . The group is known for collaborating with such international stars as Kanye West , Pharrell , Busta Rhymes , and Big Sean . Their track "Tokyo Drift (Fast & Furious)" became an international hit thanks to the film The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift. Teriyaki Boyz have made a significant contribution to the popularization of Japanese hip-hop on the global stage.
