Taylor Hawkins (full name: Оливер Тейлор Хокинс ) is an American musician born in 1972. He is best known as the drummer for the rock band Foo Fighters , which he joined in 1997. In 2005, British magazine Rhythm named him "Best Rock Drummer." In addition to his work with Foo Fighters , Hawkins also participated in side projects such as Taylor Hawkins and the Coattail Riders . His contributions to the development of alternative rock and rock 'n' roll made him one of the genre's key figures. Hawkins passed away in 2022, leaving behind a significant musical legacy.
