Talamasca is a French project working in the psychedelic trance genre. Its founder, Cédric Dassall, better known as DJ Lestat , was born in the 1970s and began his DJ career in 1992. In 1996, he teamed up with Steve Eli and Xavier de Galloy to form Talamasca . Since then, the project has gone solo, and Dassall continues to release music and perform at international festivals. Talamasca is known for albums such as "Beyond the Mask" and "Psychedelic Trance" The project has had a significant influence on the development of trance music, particularly in Europe.
