Свинцовый Туман ) is a Russian rock band founded in 1988 in Moscow. Its members, including Dmitry Nesterov, Alexander Blokhin, Oleg Belov, Marat Bekmetov, and Andrey Vernyakovsky, began their musical career back in 1983 as part of a student ensemble at the Moscow Automobile and Road Construction Institute.
