Supermax is a German musical project formed in 1976 by Austrian composer Иоханном Куртом Хауэнштайном in collaboration with producer Петером Хауке . The project's primary genre is disco. They reached the peak of their popularity between 1977 and 1983, when they released albums such as "World of Today" and "Fly with Me" After 1993, the project focused on live performances and reissues. Their discography includes 12 studio albums. Supermax made a significant contribution to the development of European disco, combining elements of funk and reggae.
