Sneaker Pimps are a British electronic trip-hop band formed in Hartlepool in 1994. The band was founded by electronic musician Лиамом Хауи and guitarist Крисом Корнером . On their first album "Becoming X" Келли Дейтон performed vocals, but Крис Корнер later took over. Their second album "Splinter" marked a shift toward a deeper trip-hop sound. Notable tracks include "6 Underground" and "Spin Spin Sugar" Sneaker Pimps made a significant contribution to the development of trip-hop, combining electronic elements with melancholic vocals.
