Skream , born Оливер Дэне Джонс , is a British musician, DJ, and producer from Croydon, a suburb of South London, born in 1986. He is considered one of the key influences on the development of the dubstep genre. Having begun producing music at the age of 15, Skream rose to prominence with his solo work and as a member of the dubstep collective Magnetic Man . His tracks, such as "Midnight Request Line" are considered classics of the genre. Skream has significantly contributed to the popularization of dubstep, expanding its influence across the global electronic scene.
