Silver Convention is a German vocal and instrumental ensemble founded in 1974. The group was one of the founders of the "Munich sound" of the Euro-disco style. Members of Silver Convention represented Germany at the Евровидение Contest in 1977 and performed at the МИДЕМ-75 festival. Among their most famous hits are "Fly, Robin, Fly" and "Get Up and Boogie" which reached high positions in the international charts. Band member Пенни МакЛин also developed a successful solo career, becoming the first "queen of Euro-disco." Silver Convention made a significant contribution to the popularization of disco music in Europe and beyond.
