Shapov (real name Александр Шаповалов ) is a Russian music producer and DJ, born on January 28, 1989. He was previously a member of the electronic project Hard Rock Sofa . He gained greatest recognition for his collaborations with artists such as Axwell ("Belong"), Armin van Buuren ("The Last Dancer," "Our Origin," "La Résistance De L'Amour"), and Vini Vici & Nervo ("My World"). Shapov has made a significant contribution to the development of dance music and the trance genre, becoming one of the most prominent representatives of the Russian electronic scene.
