Saban Saulic (Saban Saulić) was a Serbian folk musician born on September 6, 1951. He was called the "King of Folk Music" in Serbia for his contributions to the genre. During his career, he released numerous albums that became popular in Serbia and beyond. Сабан Саулич was known for his heartfelt lyrics and melodies that reflected the traditions of Serbian folk music. He lived in Belgrade with his wife, Gordana, and their three children. His work left a significant mark on Serbian musical culture. He died on February 17, 2019.
