Rush was a Canadian progressive rock band formed in 1968. The group consisted of bassist, keyboardist, and vocalist Geddy Lee, guitarist Alex Lifeson, and drummer and lyricist Neil Peart. Known for their complex compositions and virtuosic musicianship, Rush released iconic albums such as "2112", "Moving Pictures", and "Hemispheres". Their hits include "Tom Sawyer", "The Spirit of Radio", and "Closer to the Heart". Over their 50-year career, they earned numerous accolades, including induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2013.
