Рома ВПР (real name Роман Семёнов ) is a Russian poet and musician, born on October 21, 1977, in Privolzhsk. He is the frontman of the former band «ВПР & Фестиваль всего на свете» He began his career in the rock band «Се. На.» which first recorded in 1993. His main genres include reggae, dance music, and dub.
