Regina is an Italian eurodance vocalist, dancer, and actress of Brazilian descent, born on September 1, 1978. She began her musical career in 1997, releasing several hits that gained popularity throughout Europe. Her best-known track, "Day by Day" reached number 11 on Billboard Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart in the US in 1997. Before her solo career, Regina was a member of the Brazilian dance group Forbidden Fruit from 1989 to 1995. She currently lives in Milan, participates in a gospel choir, and continues to record new material. Regina made a significant contribution to the popularization of eurodance in the 1990s.
