
Rajaton is a Finnish ensemble from Helsinki, founded in 1997. The group's name translates as "free," reflecting the diversity of their repertoire, which includes sacred classical music and contemporary Europop. Rajaton performs extensively in Finland and abroad, having visited over 25 countries. The group regularly participates in festivals in Canada, such as 500 choral festival in St. John's and Kaleid choral festival in Woodstock in 2005 and 2006. Their unique approach to a cappella music has made a significant contribution to the popularization of the genre.
