Prof (real name: Jacob Anderson ) is an American hip hop artist born on April 29, 1984. Hailing from the United States, he works in the rap and hip hop genres. During his career, Prof has released five studio albums and three EPs. His album "Liability" , released through Rhymesayers Entertainment , peaked at number 141 on Billboard 200 and number 19 on Billboard Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums . In 2012, City Pages magazine included him in its list of the 20 best rappers in Minnesota. In addition to his collaboration with Rhymesayers Entertainment , he founded his own label, Stophouse Music Group , which strengthened his position in the industry.
