Prodigy , real name Альберт Джонсон , was an American rapper born in 1974 in Hempstead, New York. He rose to prominence as one half of the duo Mobb Deep , which he formed with Havoc . Their 1995 album, "The Infamous" , is considered a hip-hop classic, featuring tracks such as "Shook Ones Pt. II" Prodigy also released several solo albums, including "HNIC" . His lyrics often explored themes of street life and personal experiences. Prodigy left a significant mark on the hip-hop genre, particularly on the East Coast of the United States.
