Полад Бюль-бюль оглы (full name: Полад Муртуза оглы Мамедов ) is a Soviet and Azerbaijani pop singer, composer, and actor, born on February 4, 1945. Working in the pop music genre, he became known for his vibrant melodies and heartfelt lyrics. In addition to his musical career, Полад Бюль-бюль оглы was actively involved in teaching and research, earning a doctorate in art history and the title of professor. Among his famous songs are "Kurya," "Gel, Hey Syaher," and others. He also starred in several films and was a recognized public figure.
