
Piero Piccioni (1921–2004) was an Italian film composer, conductor, pianist, and organist. Self-taught, he began his career under the pseudonym Пьеро Морган until 1957. Piccioni wrote over 300 soundtracks and musical compositions for film, radio, television, ballet, and orchestra. His music accompanied over 100 films, including works with renowned directors. He made a significant contribution to the development of the soundtrack genre, combining jazz, classical, and pop music, making his style unique and recognizable.
