Paul Taylor is an American smooth jazz alto and soprano saxophonist born on April 30, 1960, in Denver, Colorado. A graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he studied on a full music scholarship, he debuted in 1995 and has since released twelve albums. Signed to Peak Records, he has collaborated extensively with Keiko Matsui and performed as a guest with The Rippingtons in 1999 and 2000. Based in Las Vegas, his work has significantly contributed to the smooth jazz genre, blending technical skill with melodic accessibility.
