Paul Rey is a Swedish singer and songwriter born on May 23, 1992. Formerly known as PJ , he began his career as a rapper and made his pop debut in 2015 with the extended play Good as Hell , released on the American label Epic Records . He gained widespread recognition for his participation in Melodifestivalen 2020 with the song "Talking in My Sleep" finishing sixth. In 2021, he again competed at Melodifestivalen with the song "The Missing Piece" Paul Rey continues to contribute to the development of pop and electronic music in Sweden.
