Paffendorf is a German electronic dance music project founded in 1998. Its members include Ramon Zenker, also known as producer Fragma , Gottfried Engels, and Nicholas Valli. The project is represented by Cologne-based DJ Christian Schmitz, who works for Tiger Records . Paffendorf is best known for the 2000 hit "Where Are You" and the track "Be Cool" which reached number 7 on UK Singles Chart in June 2002. Their song "Under My Skin" gained popularity as an internet meme. Paffendorf have made a significant contribution to the development of dance music in Europe.
