Обними Кита is a Russian pop-rock band from Moscow. Led by Evgenia Rybakova, the group is known for its melodic sound, featuring cajon, percussion, bass, guitars, and cello. In January 2018, Обними Кита won the "Battle for the Air" competition, which resulted in their song "My Second Half" being played on Nashe Radio, and the band performed at the "Nashestvie" festival. Their song "Ko Mne" was featured in the television series "Obruchalnoe Koltso" (Wedding Ring), and the tracks "Akvareli" (Watercolors) and "Ty Dlya Mne" (You for Me), recorded with Alexey Gorshenev, were featured on the soundtrack to the film "Melody of Love." Обними Кита has made a significant contribution to the development of the Russian pop-rock scene.
