O-Zone was a Moldovan pop group that existed from 1999 to 2005. The band performed dance music with elements of pop and electronica. O-Zone gained their greatest popularity thanks to the hits " Dragostea Din Tei " and " Despre Tine " which became dancefloor anthems in Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union in the mid-2000s. The group also achieved international success, particularly in Europe, where their songs topped the charts. Despite their disbandment in 2005, O-Zone left a significant mark on the dance-pop genre.
